Why doesn't any teller have change in their drawer ready for exchange. PNC has slowly but surely moved away from being business friendly in their practices on a corporate decision level. 9-5 hours, less tellers at branches, no change ready. Withdrawal/deposits no longer located out front. I mean come on, just fire your staff and replace them with 5 ATMs already. Thats the end game, it's become rather apparent.

Stopped by the other day to deposit a check and the folks were courteous and efficient - that is in line with the good customer service I have come to expect at PNC Bank! Wish all the other banks were as friendly and nice. There seems to be a PNC Bank within walking distance of each other in Rockville area - not that I am complaining but soon it may become like Starbucks - if only they were to give out cash like Starbucks doles out caffeine!
