If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered at 1:02 Checked on my place after everyone who ordered after me was gone. They didn't start cooking it until then more than likely, had to wait an extra 35 min. One couple had to wait twice because they weren't calling numbers so they checked and the food was ready and cold. Manager never came out to apologize or anything. The workers had attitudes. 12 boxes of food in the corner steady staking, opening n closing boxes trying to get organized and couldn't. They wasted food, people's time, I'll never eat there again. By the time I got my food, seafood rice sold out, after I waited 1 1/2 hours. I was hungry n mad leaving, no refunds offered, just some salty ass food, and horrible customer service. Save your money! Went to Versallies everything perfect.

I wish I could have given this establishment more stars due to the rave reviews, however, after waiting over an hour for food, it has left me with a less than desirable experience! The employees seem to be a bit overwhelmed and confused to their duties and who does what! Atmosphere is nice, music is nice but the wait is unacceptable!

Nice soul food restaurant. Food was slightly salty. Fried Conch,shrimp, and pasta's were good, drinks are good. I think this location in Miami Gardens is the best. The girls that take your order were nice also.

First time here... Food was too good... I ordered the snapper dinner with mac and cheese and the chicken quesadilla.... So good!

I would love to rate the food, but after the 25 minutes we sat there waiting for our drink orders to be taken and then another 10 minutes without them being served, we decided to leave. In the process of us leaving, the waitress came out and asked if we were leaving (still with no drinks). When we informed her that we were there was no effort to rectify the situation. Honestly, the security guard seemed more concerned than the waitress and hostess. Please improve this because good food alone will not sustain it.
