Worst shift ever! I literally show up every morning after I get off of work to this location hoping that I could get some breakfast and every morning the lady that works the window at this hour tells me that the kitchen is not ready when I arrive after the opening hour and I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes I do not have time to wait that time so after various times of going and not being able to get my food on time I decided to complain to the manager and the manager decided to tell me that I have to suck it up that the kitchen is new and they don't have the kitchen ready ever at this hour and I said why is it that when I look it up the clock says 7 a.m. is opening hour and you guys are never on time and instead of listen to the advice she decides to argue with me I will never be coming back to this location sad to say even. The shift at 7 in the morning on May 23rd 2018 needs to improve and get on the ball.

I had hair in my 7 layer burrito. The manager calmly explained that its impossible because they wear aprons. The hair was inside the burrito. The manager did not argue and gave me 2 7layer burritos with 1 free soda. This is why I gave them thumbs up. Anyone can mistakely have a hair fall in the food and not help but they did and thats gr8. #belluminati all the way!!! Lol :)

Customer service is pretty and so is the wait time after your order your food.
