If you've been to a Popeyes before then you know what to expect. If not here's a quick rundown: Mediocre fast food joint that specializes in Louisiana style fried chicken. I don't have anything to say about their chicken because whenever I go I normally get their side dishes (why pay for the whole thing instead of just getting what I REALLY want?) The place isn't as bad as others but it's also nothing special. If you've seen one, you've seen them all basically. And if you keep your expectations low enough, you won't be disappointed.

Service excellent! I placed my order to go and received in a short time. My food hot, tasty and fresh! I was pleased!

As of lately, the service and wait time has been ridiculous. At 7:00 P.M. they were out of spicy chicken....TWICE. There were so many people waiting, after 40 minutes I requested to get my money back.

The customer service was horrible the girl was rude.This popeyes only had only half of the menu l.If you ask them you asked them for your special they had no shirmp and told me to contact corperate.So I only got the $20 meal for my family when I was ready to order alot more $$$$$$.....but they did not have it and the Manager closed the window on me after I asked her for store number....know you lost clients and money....I dont think corperate will be very happy after I let all of social media know and google which rates you....you got a 1.....for being very rude

Made a purchase exact a week ago. Bought 2 family meals of 14pcs each meal, staff was so nice n joyful. When I arrrived at Home , 13 pieces of chicken missing out of He box also 2 sides missing. When try to call them on the phone. No answer at all. I have all the calls to proof. It would of be very great if they can either offer me a refund or let me be able to pick my items up
