Called to place an order over the phone and the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and condescending towards me. Halfway through the phone call I was ready to hang up, every question I would ask her she would correct me only to be told by another sales associate the correct answer. I have never spoken to such an uninformed employee of a "high end boutique". I always try to purchase from small boutiques but this one is not worth the time.

Loved this little gem in Charleston. My favorite new shop. The owner is so welcoming. Plus, they have a shop dog!

walked in ready to purchase some things for Mother's Day. I was starred at, and never even engaged with, and then ignored. I truly got the vibe I wasn't welcomed in there, so me and my money left. Get your nose out of the air ladies, you are working a service job... Update- as I read through past reviews it seems like this place has always struggled with customer Service and nonjudgmental client services. That's OLD southern women for you.
