I popped in on my birthday last Saturday because I was on King St for a few minutes, solo, without my dog, Roma. Jarred was so accommodating, caring & helpful. I bought a beautiful pair of earrings that I will have forever! He also followed up with a sweet note and said "Hope you had a wonderful birthday"...what is better than that for customer service?

I love these guys! They helped me find the sold-out-everywhere Isabel Marant boots I was looking for and provided amazing customer service via phone and email. I will definitely be back! Thank you Hamida, Katherine and Desmond!
