At first they refused to return the shoes I bought when I only had them for 12 hours. I was returning them because they had a defect that I didn't notice. A fat burrito belly Mexican said I can't return it because they can't resell it. I told him in the first place you should not try to resell defective merchandise to people you should return it to the manufacturer. What an excuse right?  Then I asked him if finish line was not part of Macys. He said that it was not. Then I said why are you giving out macys recipts. He said macys leases the spot to them. Shame on macys they are horrible. Nagging people to open a macys card all the time. I will never shop at either store.
