As I walked in they asked me if I was looking for anything and directed me to the shoes. They let me know of their current deal. But I was looking for my size and didn't find it. They looked in the back and said they didn't have it, I turned to ask her another question and she was gone. I was looking left, right, up and down for a different pair. my bf even had to help get shoes from a higher rack because the lady that was working was no help. She saw us struggling with the boxes and still nothing. So in the end I decided to leave since they didn't have what I needed out and refused to help me find what I wanted.

I should have heeded the warnings from previous reviews. The store is a mess. There are shoes scattered everywhere. The staff are not only impossible to find, but also go out of their way not to help you. Also, for ladies with a larger foot size, don't expect to find anything larger than a size 10.

Customer service is lacking, but great place to get clearance shoes. Cheap prices, cheap service, it's an outlet!

It seemed like there was a good variety. The staff is awful. I walked around the entire store before one of the 5 working even bothered to speak to me. She didn't try to help me find anything, but told me I wouldn't find what I was looking for, without seeing what I was looking for. Maybe I didn't look snooty enough to pay the prices.
