Friendly guy working there. Had the boots I wanted in stock. Bought 2 pairs of socks also. Spent $330 total, so a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Boots are awesome. Very comfortable with no break-in period..

I ordered some boots based on the measurements the salesman in the store took. I got a call about 2 weeks later that the boots were in. I excitedly went to the store to retrieve my new boots that were already paid for. Unfortunately the boots fit super loose in the toe area and pinched my ankles very bad. I spoke with the salesman about the issue, and the very first words out of his mouth are " Well there is a $25 restocking fee". Geez dude, I just said the boots don't fit right and he could care less. I've been buying Red Wing work boots for 25 years and at this specific store for the past 14 years and never had an issue. It's not like I tried the boots on, had them order them, and then reneged after the fact. They have never had my size, I've always had to special order. The salesman mismeasured or they were built to the wrong specs and I have to pay for that. It's not about the money at all, it's about the horrible customer service. I won't shop this store ever again. I do not recommend anyone who doesn't have small feet shop here either.
