10 minutes in the store looking around with No other customers at all and the two Employees didn't alnowledge my presence. When I asked for help they told me to "wait a minute." They were looking at their phones . . . There are other shoe stores in the mall so I'll go there.

The manager of the store is unbelievably difficult to deal with. He's an outcast and a disgrace of management. I came in with a pair of shoes I wore for 20 days and the bottoms were peeling off. I had already spoken to customer service via corporate headquarters and they told me to come to the store and return the shoes for a refund. The manager completely refused to honor a manufactured defect warrenty. He kept pushing the receipt away and telling me that I didn't have the receipt. I was showing him my phone because the shoes were purchased through Finishline is online store. I was directed to the store by Finishline customer service in order to return the shoes. He's tried to compare the 30$ sneakers to a "Luxury Car" that you don't use a luxury car offroad. What that has to do with a pair of sneakers i wore for 20 days doing work around my house i have no idea. He kept asserting the fact that he was the manager and this was his store and he decides what comes and goes. How many times he repeated this I don't know. I even had the customer service rep who help me establish the return ask him and he shot him down to. The online corporate rep. told me to return the shoes via US mail and that it shouldn't be any problem. This store manager doesn't even listen to his own company! he's rude and I believe he's also incompetent. I watched him do the same treatment to a person who came into to return a pair of shoes was standing in front of me before my turn. He kept stating that it was normal wear and tear. When the bottoms of your shoes peel off within 20 days of purchasing them just by walking around the house and doing work and yardwork, that is not normal wear and tear. I've never had a pair of shoes in my life last so little amount of time as this. But even more so I've never met a more inconsiderate person in a customer service role in my entire life. I believe it's time for him to find a new line of work. And I hope he reads this so he has time to reflect on the disservice he is doing by dishonoring his warrenties by subverting logical process. I had a tiny piece of metal shard i walked over because i drilled a hole in my work bench, he'll probably try to make a huge deal about that too! The "metal shaving" was 1/4 the size of a pinky finger nail. You be the judge. I'm completely outraged by his belligerent attitude. But i have to stop this comment some time. Don't go to this store.
