Terrible customer service. I walked into this store looking to purchase uggs for my girlfriend and I today. There were 3 ladies working and not one of them greeted us upon entry nor did they offer any help during the 20 minutes I stood around waiting for some customer service. But none the less I took my money and went to Nordstrom’s where I was helped immediately! Thanks for nothing

They have only limited items it is not worth to come just for UGG

There was no zero star option, otherwise I would have used it. Horrendous customer service, I am beyond annoyed. I was on hold for well over twenty minutes just to be sent to VOICEMAIL. As a paying customer, I feel as though I am worthy of being treated as a decent human being. It's not that difficult to answer one question. This stole valuable time that I can never get back. Time is money, people. Next time, I'm taking my money straight to Nordstrom.
