Went in for shoes, lady at the counter was less than helpful. I went to ask about the shoes and she ignored me and went on to help someone else.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I've had issues with a couple of pairs of shoes over the years, and I've just brought them back (several months after purchase with no receipt) and they are very apologetic. They swapped my defective shoes out for new ones with no problem.

I went today morning at 11 AM to buy 2 sketcher shoes at king of prussia mall skechers show room,there is no one helping us for getting different sizes for shoes.After few minutes i finalized to purchase 2 shoes.After when i payed bill they given me shoes in my hands they mentioned they don't have a bags to carry.I asked how should i carry shoes in my hands they said shall i give a trash cover? I asked them how should i can carry shoes in trash cover? then they said there is no option.I asked them who is manager of the day? then they said its them. I asked again how can i carry shoes in my hands then they mentioned there is no option
