The worst finish line in the Indianapolis area. Small store, limited selection, no large (common) sizes. Asked about 4 different shoes in a size 12 and they had none. Better off going to Lafayette sq or speedway if your out west.

I don't know why but one of the shoe salesman was rude to my family and I today. He said a couple things that I do admit had me extremely angry. I did what an adult should do instead of confronting the worker I completed my purchase and left. Bad customer service experience. Also I asked the shoe salesman if finish line has a veterans discount of any kind. Instead of just simply saying no he said we don't offer anything like that with an attitude. He told me that the Washington square mall has one but this location doesn't. Which confused me. There's always one bad egg in every dozen.

Wow, how embarrassing. I had not been in for two years. What I had rated was 5 stars previously. Much worse now. We weren't greeted. Walked around for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Holes on the shoe wall, the clothes were so unorganized, and the general vibe of the store was negative.

I was in your Plainfield Indiana store yesterday and what a mess. Your help do not acknowledge people nor care about selling your shoes. I watched a lot of customers walk out because of the rudeness of your staff and or incompetence. I hate to see a store that could prosper in that mall fail do to staffing. I was there for 30 minutes and finally ask a kid to assist my wife on going back and getting the shoes she wanted. You would have thought I asked for the keys to the operation, as he looked dumb founded. he brought them back and never acknowledged the other customer trying to get his attention next to us. That customer told us it was there second day that they had come there and were treated rudely. When we tried to leave the cashier was by herself and didnt have much customer skills either. i watch people in the cashier line set their shoes down and then just walk out. We did the same thing. Obviously Finishline dosnt want to sale shoes in Metropolis Mall. Guys hire some help and some damm supervision for that store. Anyway I'm sure they don't give a sh.. whether I buy shoes from them or not, but its off my chest now.
