I bought my second pair of boots from them in November of 2016. I noticed the stitching was coming out of one of the boots in February. Broth them in and asked what could be done about it. They swapped them out with a brand new pair no questions asked. I got home and they just didn't feel right so I went back again and they swapped those out for another pair.  The ladies in there were super nice. Highly recommend this store and red wings for the customer service and quality of their boots. Keep up the good work I am a happy customer.
