Just wanted to get some boots for work. Looking to spend over a $100. Had to continually walk up to the cash register to get the other boot to try on. Never once said " Can I help you?" 2 employees no help. No one else in the store. Wow!
I loved it. Got right in and out with your knowledgeable sales associate.
Saturday went to this store looking for first time shopping for fall boots. Upon entering male and female employees were behind counter and looked right at me and never acknowledged me or asked if they could help me. Was in clearance section and older employee was right behind me putting out shoes and never acknowledged me as well. Only 2 other customers in store, so not busy. Worst customer service experienced in a long time. Selection limited and clearance not a deal at all. Clearance advertised additional 50 or 30 off, but even after that shoes still higher than most stores. I’ve worked in retail before and even if store was busy acknowledged my customers and asked if they needed help finding something. I was shocked at the poor customer service I received. Employees behind counter too busy chatting with each other and the other employee flat out rude. Will not be back and do not recommend.
Friendly staff and always seem to have something I want, although I would mind a wider selection of women's tennis shoes that aren't wide lol

Took daughter in to find some softball cleats. There was 2 employees standing up front talking about their marketing. Neither acknowledged us when we came in. Walked around store for several minutes trying to find cleats. Walked past them 3 times. Never asked if we needed help. Left without knowing if they even had cleats. Do not recommend
Had to use the restroom and I was told she had to ask if I was allowed to use it. Both girls came back to to tell me that their restroom was not public and of it was I wouldn't want to use it anyways because it's nasty. They told me to go to Goody's to use their restroom and then come back. So I told them I would just go over there to do my shopping. It's too bad the lost my business! I bought 3 pair of shoes that day and not at Shoe Sensation!
Love their selection of shoes. Always clean and stocked. Staff not very helpful but friendly enough
I always find the shoes I am looking for at Shoe Sensation in Greencastle. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.
