I am amazed at how many bad reviews there are online (involving a broad number of websites) for Finish Line. Folks, if you've had a bad experience with this company, maybe it's time to reach out to the people in charge at this company, because customer service obviously doesn't care. You can reach any Finish Line executive by using the following email protocol: Use the first initial of their first name and put that in front of their full last name and the domain is at finishline with a dot com after that. Make sure your complaint gets the attention it deserves by putting your concern directly in front of the people who run this company. You can easily google the executives of this company too...

I have never been treated the way I was at Finish Line, by "Jeff" the manager....I merely wanted to return socks I had purchased....and I needed my driver license which I did not have....the policy stated a photo id, so i presented a school issued photo id and the credit card the socks were purchased on, plus I had a multitude of other ids. No Go...so I went out of the mall, back to the car and returned with the license, a little put out I admit, but they said I was rude, so therefore they could treat me rude...that was the words of the cashier!!!! Then the manager came over and literally got in my face (spitting while he told me I don't need to come back...ok fine with me! I have 3 boys in sports, spend hundreds of dollars on socks and shoes...I worked in retail and regardless of the customer, you were never rude...times have changed.

I bought a pair of shoes from this place on Friday of last week for Basketball. I used them one time at the YMCA (indoor hardwood court).......by Tuesday my foot was hurting really bad, so I went to take them back. The shoes had a little black sock fuzzy in them from the black socks I wore, the "manager on duty" would not let me return them or even get a larger size because in his words "I have to be able to re-sell these......" I called the corporate office and apparently he was in the wrong, he should have at least offered me store credit as the shoes don't even fit my feet. I'll never shop at this location again.
