Staff is nice, but their service is terrible.  They have everything serviced by a 3rd party man named Bill? which is always backed up.   He had my boots for 20 days until I took them back and had them done in 3 days in Effingham's Morrow Redwing.

I called to get more information about getting a special type of boots. They were rude and hateful on the phone. He acted like it was a trouble for me to be calling. Even if those are the best boots for what I need I will not be giving my money to be treated like that. They lost my business!
