I would give it -5 if I could. It's no wonder places like this will be replaced by online shopping. 10 sales people on the floor helping 5 shoppers. 2 cashiers trying to ring out 20 people who want to give them money. Mismanagement at its best. All this during Christmas shopping season.

It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I went to the Citrus Park mall to get a new pair of sneakers, I met a gentleman named Randall who was more then accommodating and helpful with my purchase. I bought 2 pairs of shoes, not because I really needed them but, because of his professionalism and his demeanor. On top of his top notch customer service he also followed up with me the very next evening to make sure that I was happy with my purchase which is huge. I will tell all of my friends and associates to ask for Randall when they are looking for a new pair of shoes. If you are in the market for anything that Finish Line offers I highly suggest going to see him. He has earned all of my future business. Thanks again Justin Matthews
