We loved working with Michelle! We showed up unannounced one day and Michelle spent the time to talk to us even though it was her day off. We loved all of the cakes that we tasted- it was so hard to decide what we wanted. We ended up doing a 4-tier cake alternating between red velvet and vanilla almond- delicious! Our guests raved to us on our wedding day and told us that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had! We can't wait to eat our cake on our one year anniversary. Thank you Michelle!!

Fiona's Cakes made my wedding cake and the guests are still raving about it. It stayed moist even after a week went by. The wedding cake was custom made and the Cake Fairy was very accommodating. I first walked in to her store completely clueless about what I wanted but by the time I exited her store, everything fell into place. She is capable, friendly, and professional. It is obvious she loves her job and it was a pleasure working with her. I'll definitely order cakes from her in the future.

We were married at the Naval Academy this past weekend, and Fiona made our cake.  It was amazing!  Usually, people don't think highly of wedding cake, but this is one you HAVE to try!  She does a great job at explaining the flavor combinations, including a free cake tasting!  Also, she is very organized with binders of cake designs to help decide what you like.  Highly recommend!

Best cake ever!  For the last few years I've been wanting a Vervet Monkey on my birthday cake and I was told that the monkey's fur would blend in with the icing.  So I decided to try again this year.  Fiona told me up front I'd have the same problem, But she offered up a solution.  An edible photo! I was game. She worked with me on the size of the cake and what exactly I wanted. The price seemed very reasonable so I said yes.

When I picked up the cake - just wow!  The edible picture was very clear and crisp.  As a result none of my coworkers wanted to eat the monkey! Fiona also stated it was a rich chocolate cake and she wasn't lying. OMG - the devils food was so moist and then add a layer of chocolate filling.  It really was the best birthday cake I've had in a long time.

Fiona baked the cake for our wedding. After a previous tasting at a competitor's, my wife and I agree that Fiona's was the absolute best that we'd had. The consultation with Fiona went swimmingly, and she was a big help in figuring out what we wanted to do. It's also worth noting that her price was not just competitive, but the best we found. All told, we had a fantastic experience with Fiona, and we'd recommend her to anyone else doing a wedding in the Annapolis area.
