Been dining here for a few years. should have posted a review long ago. Each experience makes me want to return. And it's not just the food, but it's the entire vibe, especially the staff. You feel like more than just a "customer"  but a human being. The food is made with LOVE 💘 that exudes from the cook and owner Chris and his staff.  What's not on the site is their excellent BREAKFAST menu which is served at the Capitol Avenue location. One would fare well to stop in.

I absolutely love eating here. It’s in a quiet area with plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and the reggae music makes me feel like I’m in the Caribbean. 
Usually when I’m on a long drive I eat junk food that makes me sleepy, but now I’m going to remember to stop hear for a healthy, delicious & filling meal. There are so many options and even dessert, all VEGAN!

First walking in I like the reggae music and decor. The food was excellent in taste, spice and flavor. However, in being a chef myself the food was not hot enough and the dining area was freezing cold. No heat turned on which I had to keep my coat on. The entrance walkway was icy and unshoveled, prone to someone to get injured. I gave 3 stars but potential for 4 1/2 star restaurant. I will definitely come again for take-out. Thank you!!

My favorite vegan restaurant in the Hartford area. Excellent food and excellent prices. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I've visited here many times and have never been disappointed.
