Great atmosphere, food and service. Bison burger to die for.

I was at a restaurant chain recently that is called Wooden Tap which is owned by the Hartford Restaurant Group. I've eaten at with different Wooden Tap locations before and I always realize that they seem to struggle with consistency. After my last experience I've realized this group knows very little about restaurants. We were served by a staff that was overworked and we had a long wait times for food. When the food finally came out four of the five meals had problems. When the manager came over to apologize we were told the errors in the kitchen are because they are way understaffed because Hartford Restaurant Group did not know the appropriate numbers for staff needed. The burger that I had was way over cooked when I had them recook it it was very undercooked so I sent it back for a third try and they screwed that up as well. At that point I gave up and said to my self the restaurant is having issues because the group that owns them knows as much about restaurants as an accountant knows about plumbing. If you want a good consistant meal just don't eat at a restaurant that's associated with Hartford Restaurant Group
