Beautiful and worth visiting. Enjoyed the warm shower with softened water. Nice trail to river and our lab enjoyed the freedom outside camp. Would visit again!

This place is a great stop, just beautiful. There are trees and the bathrooms are clean with showers. Gordon the host is very helpful.

The owner Gordon is simply adorable. When my boyfriend and I arrived there, we were actually pretty exhausted and not in a so good mood. As soon as we drove in, we received a warm welcome with a big smile; we immediately felt relaxed and happy. Gordon loves his job, and it shows. He'll do anything to make you happy, which is actually easier with the astonishing view we have in this place. You'll never feel like a customer there; you are a guest, with one of the best host. I can easily say that in our 3 weeks trip, we did many campgrounds and this one was my favorite. I hope I'll get to go there again.

Worst nationally-sponsored campground EVER, especially for people of color. The campground host, Gordon, is an extremely disrespectful, rude, racist pig. Interactions with him were so horrible that we ended our week long vacation at the campground after 48 hours. Gordon shouting racial slurs to my spouse, myself, and our children really killed the experience and had already been reported and documented by the National Forest Service--his days are numbered. Seriously, don't waste your time or money here if you don't look like a ream of loose leaf paper.

Beautiful views. Bathrooms have showers, but they are small and need repair. Campsites are in pairs, great if you are traveling with someone. Would be very tight if you had to share with a stranger. Campground closes the weekend after Labor Day.
