Story

The muster area for the local bucket brigade. Firehouse’s name pays homage to the historic Fallbrook fire service in that area. Smoked dry rubbed Barbeque is how we do cook. Ribs, Brisket, Tri-tip, Chicken, & Pulled Pork with a flair. Craft barbeque done right! We are committed to high quality!

There is nothing negative I could even think of. Management is amazing, they have great prices, they have a bar, they have games for the family, the food is amazing, they're very clean, they are helpful in the business and personal aspects. They understand you easily.

The staff was really nice, I sat and ate at the bar for an hour, went to the restroom and the bartender had moved my seat to accommodate other customers without asking me, I felt unimportant to them. I was tipping her above the average 15%, so I looked at her and shrugged my shoulders, kind of asking her what is going on. She just said I had to move you, no sorry about moving you or trying to feel somewhat remoresful about  moving my stool. II soon felt I did not matter and to just deal with it. I left as soon as I felt awkward by staying there. I am a of Mexican descent and the other patron where Caucasian, I'm a tolerable person but this made me feel awkward and out of place. all jwanted to enjoy the final four basketball tournament finals.

Food and service were amazing. Had the pork steak with Mac n cheese, slaw and fried pickles

I had the pulled pork with Mac and fries which hit the spot along with my glass of beer. I really liked the customer servuce as well. They had a lot of games for families and friends to play which both my boys loved. The atmosphere was one that catered to families and people who wanted a local taste of brews and bbq.
