Service at this KFC is agonizingly * slow *!!!! Flood is good - service sucks! KFC needs to fire the manager and Jack up the crew. The retrain them on how to deliver fast, cheerful service. Six (6) employees standing around doing busy work and one person helping customers - make that two -the drive thru guy. Typical KFC Finger-lickin Good food; atypical lousy service.

The staff is always pleasant. The ambient music can sometimes be a little too religious, but nothing chicken can't fix 😃

Eh the staff lack a friendly touch. Its kind of sad. I go back and expect something different but they don't go out of their way to make you feel special. As far as the food goes they plan poorly and run out of extra crispy all the time and tend to close earlier than their advertised... At least on times when I like to go late-night. Worst is their inflexibility with chicken piece selection. They have promotions but its with specific pieces and no option to upgrade or change. Its sad and I'll call it now that it will be a big reason another company is able to rise and replace them in the next 5 years

The shift lead (Dana) told me it was pretty much my fault that the previous shift didn't leave her shift certain food items. Her tone & vain vernacular left me at a loss for words. And on top of all the playful shenanigans going on in the back between the employees, the line was out the door, at peak hours, on a Friday evening. Not good customer service and very bad for business...but for those who want any future situations [like this] rectified correctly, don't use the receipt survey, call the 800 number; 1 (800) CALL KFC, and speak with a live customer service representative, they're very knowledgeable and courteous!
