So I thought this was going to be just another of those TGI Fridays, Chili's, Ruby Tuesdays type places. You know, the ones that were great when they got started - we went there plenty - but the world moved on and they stayed the same. So anyway, we weren't really interested but our (adult) kids insisted, so we gave it a go. The menu is HUGE. HUGE. Pizza, burgers, salads. soup, sandwiches, trendy entrees and the starters are awesome. The quinoa bowl was super. Something for everyone, seriously. They have their own root beer, orange cream soda, vanilla cream soda. Their own seasonal beer. Yum. One star off for two reasons. It was a Saturday, about 5:30. They weren't busy yet. We were seated quickly. Our server brought us water and asked for drink orders, but we didn't have menu yet - because they didn't have enough menus. What? I can't imagine not having enough menus. They weren't full, guys, not even close. I felt so bad for the server! She outlined the beer menu and got our drinks. We waited at least 20 minutes for menus. Weird as heck. Once we had menus and ordered, everything went great. Step it up, management!

The entire experience was terrible. First, we waited 15-20 minutes for a waiter to come by and take a drink order. Not only did it take a long time, but we asked to take our order for our entrees at the same time. He then proceeded to ask for a couple minutes and he would be right back. Then our drink orders did not come until another 15 minutes later when the staff realized they got sent to another table. After that, our party left with our food to go. When we arrived home, we found our food to be less than satisfactory. The steaks that were supposed to be medium rare were charred on the outside and cooked well done. They were small in portion sizes and really expensive, but there wasn't any quality to compensate for the price. I wouldn't recommend coming here and we won't be going back to any BJ's establishment.

9 October 2017 I took my 4 star review and dropped it to a 2 star. Today we ordered take-out and everyone was pretty disappointed. To say the least... a lettuce wrap burger is not a leaf of lettuce on top and bottom of burger.... it is supposed to be wrapped. Also.... they forgot tomatoes.... brocholli side was literally less than half full. VERY DISAPPOINTED OVERALL!!! July 2017: A pretty good place if you want a good beer. The food menu is a tad bit overwhelming, but the food is pretty good nonetheless. My only reason for the 4 (and not a 5 star) review is that the atmosphere is sort of cafeteria..ish. What I mean is that the food, although decent has no main claim to being awesome. The selection is very big, but nothing I have eaten screams awesome... and the floor-plan for the seating is not cozy nor special. Just a big open area with a lot of people you do not know eating. Overall.... a good place... and enjoyable meal.... but does not claim greatness.

The menu is a book so none of their food exceptional. Beer is too expensive. We spent $75 and left hungry. Its a shame because the bar is beautiful and lots of tvs to watch games.

Great place! We each had a different craft beer and both really enjoyed what we had selected. Avocado egg rolls for appetizer were really good. Baked ziti and salad my wife had were really good too! We went here on a Friday night and they were very busy but didn't have to wait at all for a seat which was nice after walking around the Cordova mall for a while. Our server was top notch and super friendly/helpful. We will definitely be eating/ sampling the beer here again.
