If you cannot decide what sandwich to get, you can always go with the "hook and ladder" because it is an amazing sandwich! I figure that their best sandwich is their "Smokehouse Beef & cheddar brisket!" It is an amazing sandwich, it is very heavy so if you are looking for something lighter, definitely go with the hook and ladder! I love that they have a zillion sauces to choose from... I add different sauces to my sandwiches every time I visit. I love this place!

What's up w this store?  I love Firehouse, but something's up at this one.  The staff was lethargic and not engaging, and the store reflected it...dirty, dirty dirty...new, but dirty.  Looked like a HS football team just left the place 20 minutes ago.

The slowest worst service in the springs. Walked up to register, was helped 5 minutes later, then waited 25 minutes for my sandwich to be leisurely made. Terrible

Zero customer service skills and rude. With so many choices for lunch why would anyone go somewhere that makes them feel like their business is not wanted?

Ordered online through their website around 5:20. Was told that it would be delivered at 6:15 pm to my work which is less than 3 miles away from the location. Called them around 6:30 to see where my order was, was informed that the delivery person from a 3rd party has yet to come pick it up. Now waited an hour and a half with no update and no food. Extremely displeased with the service and how they handled it.
