I have always thought that Jimmy Johns was overpriced, but thought the delivery was worth it. 2 times in the last 3 weeks i was out and about and decided to go through the drive through. First time I ordered a jjblt and a bag of chips. The person was very nice and asked if i wanted avocado also. It sounded good so I said sure. I get my sandwich home and they charged me .75 cents and no avocado. Today i went again and ordered the same thing, no avocado. The total they charged me was more than the last time.  When I questioned that,  the person became quite rude and flip saying “well, i don’t know how that would ever happen, here are the prices” when i got the sandwich home, it was what I ordered, but was very skimpy on all ingredients, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Probably won’t be going or ordering take out from there ever again.

Their driver made an illegal U turn, cut me off, flipped me off, then followed me for a mile screaming out his window.

I called the manager at the store and explained to him what happened. His response was to call me a liar and pretend like I had grossly exaggerated the incident. The manager told me the driver's name was Drew and he has run ins with people like this often, but is a "good driver".

He refused to take any action. Jimmy Johns is making our roads unsafe, and they are going to end up killing someone by hiring bad drivers and putting them on the road more.

Probably better to go to a different sandwich shop to avoid enabling this store--almost any other shop is cheaper and tastes better anyway. :)

Fast service. I like a good deli sandwich. Perfect for kids and they have a good selection. Staff is always friendly.

2nd time ive ordered from this store. Last time was about a year ago. The first time they forgot mayo packets. This time they forgot the cheese on my sammich. I should have looked at the low reviews before ordering online.
Edit: just got to the cookie. Outer edges crunchy, the middle soft. Was gross.

3rd time of ordering here. I made sure to annotate bring mayo in the instructions as well. And did not get any. Also the employees were rude here..very strange.

ordered extra tuna they didn't give me extra and he started arguing that he gave me extra when he didn't I order it all the time. had a snarky attitude. honestly super disappointed cause I use this location a lot and he definitely ruined my experience. he said he'd send a new one I told him if we could do it tomorrow I'm already on the road at this point heading back to work and he said no I need to take your sandwich before i give you a new one. still super rude. i was just done with it im not going here again what  a jerk you guys have working there
