Friend LOVES this place. Sandwiches are okay, friendly staff, but always kind of weird drop off at your table. Stone mustered and sweet mayo. Highly recommend giving your order number as your name, but so your sandwich doesn't go to another and you get forgotten.

Good sandwiches for sure, I love that they are not like Jimmy Johns or Subway and the warm sandwiches really are great! I love the atmosphere in there, I love the custom painting for Everett in there, it is a great feel. The only thing I have always noticed is that the employees don't seem to want to be there. Several have come off as it is a job, which it is, but they don't care if the customer is happy or not. This I have noticed the last couple times I have come in. I love the community cards to our civil services and I think maybe with some better motivation, it could be a little bit more of an uplifting happier employees.

I love this place. Every sandwich I've had is the bomb. My only complaint would be the service. Every time it's some disinterested kid who seems he would rather I didn't walk in the door. But they still make it yummy

Awesome subs . I recommend the sweet and spicy meatball . It's delicious. Fast service, reasonably priced ,nice people. Call ahead and it's even faster .

The best chain sandwich shop period. Every sub is great, and don't be shy at the hot sauce bar. Part of the fun is trying different hot sauces. An apple cinnamon hot sauce can completely change the taste of the sandwich, then next bite try a hot mango or peach sauce!
