In addition to the best pizzas available, we also offer hot premium grinders, deli-style sandwiches, salads, and wings!

All of our crusts are hand-tossed and our dough is made fresh daily. You'll have your choice of buttermilk, garlic-herb, or beer batter pan.

We use only the finest cheeses! 100% whole milk mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, feta, parmesan, ricotta, swiss, monterey jack and soy cheese.

Our large selection of prime quality meats will hit the spot. Choose from pepperoni, italian sausage, real Canadian bacon, grilled chicken, salami, beef, bacon, meatballs, corned beef, taco meat, linguica, anchovies, and capicolla.

The pizza is absolutely amazing, and the customer service is superb! They don't skimp on ingredients, they're super helpful with suggestions, and have I mentioned that the pizza is GREAT?? Every customer service representative should strive for the level of excellence that I received here. Carlyle sets a high bar of standard that few people can hope to meet. So this is one of the few company reviews I will leave but after thinking about it for a few days i need to, right to the point though I feel your pizza should be a tad bigger for the price, even thicker the topping price is a tad over zelous 1.89 per topping. I don't mind the taste that was pretty good but for 2 medium pizzas one with 2 toppings and one with 3 a price of $41 is over kill flat out. So in all the taste is kinda like hungry Howie's but is flatter, less toppings/cheese/sauce/crust flavors for how expensive it is. If you think this is unfair oh well but trust me there are cheaper alternatives that will net you the same style but for less. TL:DR - Average pizza taste, Way too expensive for what you get(41 for two mediums).

I have been a loyal customer since their store opened in Smokey Point and the quality is excellent. They use Boar's Head products (meat and cheese) which makes them stand out from other pizza joints. I recommend trying their beer batter crust.

The pizza here is very good.  I think the prior reviews overstate the excellence just a bit, but not by too much.  

I wasn't terribly impressed with the deep dish pizza.  It was underseasoned, I think.  A second trip for a 12" Bullpen yielded a better result.  I appreciated the high-quality ingredients that were apparent in every element of the pizza.  I would have liked a bit more aggressive flavor to the sauce.  Overall, however, the pizza was constructed in a balanced and thoughtful way and I liked it very much.  

Prices are higher than I'd like.  $21 for a 12" pizza makes me think twice about visiting, but you get what you pay for, generally.  Parking for pickup has been difficult on both visits.  Perhaps there's a lot someplace, but I didn't find it.  Service was a little slow on our first visit (was told it would take 45 minutes, but it took  75 instead) but just fine on the second.  

Recommended.

UPDATE:  I made my third visit to MLP and was VERY impressed.  First, the value was much better.  I was able to purchase a large 3-topping pizza for under $20.  Very fair.  The quality of the pizza was top-notch; better than either of the previous two visits. I'd still appreciate a little more spice to the sauce, but overall the pie was outstanding and generously portioned with fantastic ingredients.  The Italian sausage, in particular, is some of the best I've ever had.  

Also note that limited parking may be available in the alley behind the restaurant or at the nearby bank.

This has been my go-to pizza spot since moving to the area two years ago. Great ingredients, and the monthly specials are always great if you're in the mood to try something new. With them now expanding the dining area this year, soon it'll be even easier to eat-in as the only downside was how few tables they currently have for dine-in!
