Firehouse at this location is pretty nice. Sandwiches are good, prepared well, and not sloppy which is a good thing. Customer service is pretty good, always greeted when I come in.  One thing I would say needs improvement is cleaning the tables a little more often.

Went to the one back in CA and the service was way better.  This sandwich looked like they just threw it together so they could go home.  Will try a different location, but not hopeful of a better outcome.

Generally speaking Firehouse subs establishments have always been a favorite of mine over other sandwich shops because of their tasty sandwiches and how the greet you when you walk in the door. Unfortunately,  this particular location is found wanting in the latter category.  Management needs to (re)emphasize customer service at this location

The subs I order was great but sadly on that day the service was very slow. Hopefully the next time I go it will be better or I will have to find another option for lunch time.

Amazing subs are what kept me coming back. The location on Barrett closed so this was my first experience at this location. Cashier extremely rude I came up she said give me a minute. Took about 5 minutes. After seeing my frustration on my face finally started taking my order and says "what do you want" I had 3 subs to order tried to cash me out after my first sub without asking if I needed any additional items. Forgot to give me my cup for the meal and was irritated I asked for it as if I hadn't paid for it. Subs took 20 minutes to make. The girl making the subs did apologize for the wait. However with only 2 customers in their eating area which already had their food I think the wait was a bit ridiculous. All in all spent 30 minutes here will not be returning.
