This location is wonderful! The cashier was so helpful and didn’t mind our complicated order. She even checked in about our drinks before completing them. The management was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I’ve never had such a good sandwich at another Panera before. It’s a huge space with lots of seating, and a generally quiet atmosphere. Would be great for a quick bite, or a long stay for work!

Nice location...parking is iffy. Parking depends on time of day and the day itself. This Panera is located in a very busy office park as well as off of I575 and in a college perimeter. The food has always been great at this location. The seating in the dining room is adequate. I have never had to wait for a table even at the top of busy dining times.

We like Panera, and we often eat at the one in Roswell @ The Avenues which is very good. But today we went to the one in Chastain and we were a little disappointed in the chicken soup. We asked for a bowl and we got half of a half of a bowl, lots of broth and noodles but hardly any chicken. Overall is a nice, good place to eat healthy.

My favorite place to be with my parents. Coffee. Great meals and very nice staff. I just feel like home every time I come here.

I’m very disappointed with this location. First thing I see is a sign that they’ve run out of cream cheese. The coffee was warm and not hot. They do not have cane sugar nor Tabasco sauce. Now, I don’t know if they are limited on giving Tabasco sauce or they genuinely did not have any. I was expecting a better Panera. The management at this location might be the reason for all of this. I will not be back to this location.
