Awesome service on a super busty snow day. The line would not go down but all the servers where very friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers. I hate that I didn't memorize the name of our server because she was awesome. 
Nice to have a warm and pleasant meal when our power was out 😊

My husband and I came here for a quick bite before running errands and had Susan as our waitress. We've had her before when we use to attend college at KSU and as always, she was absolutely great and very attentive. The reason for the 2 stars is because while waiting for my husband to finish eating, we over hear a couple of people trying to pay out with a server named Kaitlyn. They were obviously students because they asked her about the student discount, in which she declined. Her whole demeanor and attitude was very rude and honestly uncomfortable to the point that we had to leave. I felt bad for the people that had to deal with her because as soon as we walked in we both noticed her negative looks and attitude.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Waffle House. Waited about 30 minutes for some food that had already been done, but the workers failed to realize that. By the time we got our food it was cold so we just left. Garbage experience.
