I don't know how this place has 4.6 Stars. Maybe I just caught it on a bad night. Firehouse is my favorite Sub Shop so naturally I was disappointed that I had a bad experience. The first thing that hit me was the loud rap music being played by the three teenagers running the shop. There was no adult supervision present. The young man that took my order acted like he was on speed and kept interrupting me . The drink area was dirty and there was no ice. I was the only customer in the store but it took forever to get my sandwich. I got the sandwich to go and there were no napkins or straw  in the bag. The sandwich was not hot and it was thrown together. All of the mustard was in one spot. I will probably give it one more try before I write it off completely only because Firehouse is usually very good.

Firehouse Subs gave quick service and a great meatball sub. There were plenty of spicy  meatballs. My friends enjoyed their Engineer Subs.

I've always been pleased here. Nothing spectacular nor offensive had ever happened. It's a sandwich stop so my expectations aren't especially high. Good food served pretty quickly.

Food was very good service was poor. They did not welcome this when we came in the door,  as we walked up to the cash register the phone began to ring. They proceeded to take the order of the person on the phone while we stood there and waited when we were already to order. Me and my family have eating at this location many times. By far this was their worst performance.

This place does make some amazing subs. Their meat is so fresh and flavorful, you cany get it anywhere else. And I hate mayonnaise in burgers/sandwiches. Something about their mayonnaise and mustard, it's incredible in their subs. Idk what's different about it but it really sets firehouse apart from all other sub shops. I like vinegar and oil on my subway. That's just how I eat my subs but i wouldn't change a thing about firehouse. I'll get the hero every time😋
