Ordered two subs, chili, Mac and cheese, brownie and garlic bread. I am not sure what happened to this sub, but I won’t be ordering from here again.Food: 1/5
Staff was super friendly when I walked in. Even though I had just placed my order online they quickly made it. I told them I was patient to wait as I knew I had just ordered. The salad was put together very nicely and just as i had ordered. Very quality ingredients.Food: 5/5
This is my first time at any firehouse sub restaurant. I was there only impressed. The place was clean, the sandwich was good, and the service was excellent. The people were just so friendly. More akin to what you see at a Chick-fil-A during non busy hours than at a fast food place. Very impressed with the service here. I also like the story of how this place was founded. I would come back.
I will never come to this firehouse sub again. It's so unprofessional. I came yesterday with the letter M the guy charged me. I came back today to get a refund. The lady who looked at the receipt was saying that they can't refund me I should of seen that yesterday. Plus they having there own loud conversations in the back table. She went to finish her conversations before she came back to me. The guy had to say just refund her the money. She didn't want to refund me saying from yesterday seriously. The guy did the refund. Never again so unprofessional. They give firehouse a bad taste. Be careful when you getting these subs cause they will charge you if you not paying attention.
1st time at this sub shop! What a treat I ordered the hook n ladder!!! OMG SO DAM GOOD! Might I add EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The new girl has been there five days now and she still has her head down when you walk in to pick up an order. This is not difficult you look at you look up hi what’s the name and hand the person the food or tell him it’s not ready yet How long does she want to be there before she does this a month two months?
Excelent place to have a good sub! I got the spicey Cajun sub it was just perfect. The bread was also excelent his the perfect portion not to big or to small, just right. When I visited it was not busy at all though that could possibly be different at lunch time. One of my favorite things was the container where I got the sandwich it made me feel like my sub was prepare with care, unlike that other place that just wraps it in a piece of paper. I will come back for sure.
Pretty tasty. I like the price point for what I get. I may prefer over Jimmy John's. The pickle spear could have been larger.
Food was good. Friendly staff. My one complaint would be pretty much every table was dirty, but they did clean them after a bit so not a huge deal. They weren't busy when we got there but they could've just finished a rush.
I got a sub 7/10/23 and it was delicious. I’ll be coming back for more. Nice employees too and clean.Food: 5/5
