This McDonald's was busy during the lunch rush, yet customers appeared to be receiving their orders promptly. The restaurant was clean and seemingly spotless, despite the high foot traffic. The staff seemed happy and genuinely enjoyed working at this location. I ordered a Medium Fries with no salt and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, both of which met expectations. Its proximity to the ROM is another positive aspect.

We came on Saturday for a quick lunch. We ordered twice with the mobile app. Everything was ready promptly, and the food was good. It's a bit crowded, but that's expected in front of the ROM.Food: 4/5

A Delightful Dining Experience at McDonald's  My recent visit to McDonald's left me thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that cleanliness and ambiance were top priorities for the restaurant.  The atmosphere was inviting and clean, providing a pleasant environment for dining. The fast service ensured that I didn't have to wait long to indulge in their offerings.  Speaking of which, the food quality was excellent. Every bite of my meal was satisfying and delicious, exceeding my expectations for a fast-food establishment.  What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional customer service. When one of the kids accidentally spilled milk on the floor, the staff promptly attended to the situation, ensuring that the area was cleaned up swiftly and efficiently.  Overall, my experience at McDonald's was nothing short of delightful. The combination of cleanliness, fast service, high-quality food, and attentive staff made it a memorable dining outing. I left the restaurant with a smile on my face, thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience.  Parking: No parking or Drive through.  Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for kids to engage in funny activities.

I don't go to this McDonald's very often. It is a bit far from home and not on my way from work. But when my partner and I are running late on our evening coffee, we prefer to visit this location. Simply because they let people in 24/7. I cannot complain about food, but last time coffee was almost cold and I went to replace it. The employee at the counter was very friendly and professional and replaced it quickly with a fresh brew. The atmosphere inside is usually ok. Because it is always open, homeless people like to stay and sleep there. And it is not always pleasurable experience. I think because of that, their ladies washroom was closed, and men's was very messy and dirty. I don't think they have enough staff to maintain it clean. But in general our experience is mostly positive.

Purchased a happy meal that was missing half the meal! The drink and fries were both missing once I arrived home. How, just how does that happen? Definitely not coming back to this location especially on a rainy night. Terrible.Food: 1/5

It's just opposite to the museum, and quite a good place to sit and enjoy the food. Food options are regular, but the ambience is good, there is option ro order from the kiosk itself.Food: 5/5

It's always dirty. I know it is a chain fast-food place, not a fancy steakhouse or a Red Lobster. But the washroom is as filthy as hell's mechanical room. It seems that some people shave their pubic and leave.Food: 4/5
