Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce, large chili and fountain beverage.  The 10 piece was over $10 and they were just freezer reheated nuggets.  I'd rather buy chicken wings from a wing place. The chili was very hot but also very watery. Not much substance to it. The soda machine seems to have an issue based on the floor but all options were room temperature and after my first drink I didn't have any more flavor options for coke. By the hole in the ceiling it seems they were having issues with the air conditioning and it was warm in their.  There were no napkins available. Plenty of parking.  Parking: Plenty of parking

Normally I don't have problems at this store but not the case today. I ordered my usual and then was told they don't do breakfast combos with the pull parts instead of the wedges. I informed the gentlemen taking my order I just got the same thing 2 days prior and he called me a liar. Then after I hot my food the burrito and wedges were cold and the coke zero had no syrup. Wont be visiting this location again.

To start, I don't ever have picky expectations with fast food. I work in fast food myself so I know what it's like. I wanted to have a quick meal sitting down with some nice ac since my house has none right now. So when I place a mobile order for dine in and come to find out that they have both lobby doors locked at 3 in the afternoon really bothers me because that was the whole point of my order was to be able to enjoy eating my meal in a cool environment. Secondly by the time I got my food the fries and nuggets were cold and lukewarm. All of the food was hardened which working in fast food I can tell when items are timed out and still kept to sell. Lastly we added bacon into one of our items, which I know meat isn't cheap but 2 dollars to not even receive it? I'm not cool with that. Overall I'm just disappointed because ever since I moved to East Rochester I liked this location but today definitely ruined that.

Food was terrible Burger- cold Buns- old and crumbly Chicken nuggets- please stop calling these nuggets.  They are more like small popcorn chicken pieces.  If you mush a “4 piece nugget” together, you can make 1 chicken nugget. Baconator fries- cheese not melted I except to have a stomach ache and will remain close to a bathroom after the food I did consume.  But I won’t use their bathroom because they don’t have soap in their bathrooms to wash your hands. Scary

Wow. Thankful we got something to eat. But geeze, awkward experience. Not to mention the "business" seen happening right outside their location. And the soda was flat. Forgot the sauces. And we won't go here again.Food: 2/5

Ordered an $8.00 BACONATOR........... it barely had a ONE whole slice of bacon on it. I used to enjoy dining at Wendy's but eight dollars for a BACONATOR.......... and it barely has a single slice of bacon.Food: 1/5

Took my money at the drive thru and then I waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches With no receipt given. Absolutely pitiful service. And I was the only customer...Food: 1/5

I ordered a taco salad, they forgot the chips and gave me just the diced skin and stem of the tomatoes The lettuce was old and withered. I called saying I couldn't back up to Wendy today and said he would replace the chips. The whole meal was a disaster but at least the chili was good.Food: 1/5
