This is a great place to get lunch, but they can be really slow, probably took about 15-20 min to get a couple subs when there were only 3 customers in front of us. They need to work on multitasking or getting more people in so that customers don't have to wait so long. Great food though

I love the food and haven't had any issues food wise but the service needs some  improvement. I shouldn't have to wait awhile for my food if I'm the only customer. Some of the employees tend to do more talking/playing instead of working.

I usually love Firehouse Subs until today when they ran out of all of the good drinks

I've been here twice now and the subs are always sloppy. Meat is only on half, sub is completely cut in half and everything falls out when you undo the wrapper, condiments are lazily thrown on. I will not be coming back for a third sloppy sub.
