Horribly incompetent. Had to go back 3 different times for one order because they could not get the order correct!!! The lady who Spoke to us tried to be as polite as possible, however the rest of the staff was being very rude and giving dirty looks the entire time.

Manager seems ghetto, loud talking.  They used to have a wonderful manager who gave 5-star service.   Cooks are courteous, cashiers need more vitality and promptness, often it takes them a while to greet you and take your order, you're like standing there while they walk by and ignore you.   Other than that the food is good.  Shell tacos are crunchier than they were years ago but the hamburger is still kinda greasy, needs to drain a little longer.

Was told they replaced their Dr. Pepper with cherry pepsi. As if the two are even close in taste.

Way too understaffed weekend at dinner time. Slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. 15+ minutes waiting for bean and rice burritos. Hit up the cookout next door. Get my simple tiny to go order done before the complicated huge for here order in front of me next time. I'm not selfish, It's just the right way to do food service.
