Employees were great and cheerful. Sandwich was delicious. Sauces were over-rated by the numbers. Most were pretty mild (even some of the 8s and 9s). Tried a couple of 10s that weren't too bad but the 357 sauce should be a 13 on this scale... burn. Can't wait to come back.

Called Saturday May 20, 2017 to place order! Put on hold for sometime. Then employee tried to make call on the line I was on hold on. When I said someone is on this line they hung up. Called back and asked for manager. He was rude,called me a liar, and yelled at me. Never going there again. Will find another sub shop! Guess, they have to much business. Sarah Baker!

Very clean, the hospitality from the the staff was great. The food is awesome. Being it was my first time being there, I will be going back. I recommend this place for lunch.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in Port Charlotte. The staff is always enjoyable and the sandwiches always delicious. I also respect all the charitable work and donations they do for police, fire, and rescue. Keep up the great work guys!

The best sub shop in Port Charlotte, by far! Service is always timely and fast, from ordering your meal to delivering your food, they're as fast as possible while still retaining the quality standard set by Firehouse. Cleanliness leaves nothing more to be desired. The bathrooms are spotless, the tables frequently wiped down, all leaving the location with a wonderful sense of enjoyment at how clean everything is. The only detractor to any experience here at Firehouse Subs would be, yes, the Coca-Cola machine. The touchscreen carbonated drink dispenser leaves more to be desired, as frequently drinks will taste funny due to all being funneled through the same nozzle on the machine. While Coca-Cola's bad design in their new drink dispenser is no fault of Firehouse, a change of their dispenser to an older model would be a very welcome change to create a Five-Star experience.
