At Olive Garden today and was informed no lunch entrees available because it was after 3:00. Couple in booth across ordered lunch size portion with different server, no problem. We order drinks and an appetizer to share and like lunch-size portions. With salad and bread sticks, this is more than enough food. Ordered lemon drop martini after I asked if she was the bartender and if she could make one for me.  (Did not get one on previous two visits because server told me if I could tell him how to make it he would try.) It was more sour than sweet.  She did offer to make a new one "my way" but I declined.  Thinking triple sec was missing??  Have had them several places and not sour. Anyway, not the best experience. We will go back eventually but not for a while. This trip was disappointing.

Our waiter did not come to our table until 10 minutes after we were seated and only after I asked the hostess if he had been told we were there. He did eventually came over and said he was busy with another table in the back and he was sorry but that he would make it up to us. I expected to have at least one complimentary glass of wine but wasn't happening. He did not deliver our meal, a runner did that and she forgot my partners soup, he was having soup and a shrimp salad which was supposed to be served together. Bottom line,  the service was horrible,the food was great but not sure if I will visit red lobster again! After all is said and done ,the expectation is to have  good service with a good meal!

Usually always delicious and service good. Always order calamati with broccoli and red peppers Just LOVE it. Whatever we order is good. Planning on going hopefully tomorrow.always ready for lobster. Thanks.

Initial service was slow. Staff was friendly. Went to order the fish and chips and the waitress made me aware the batter recently change, was glad to have the heads up

Went here for the all you can eat shrimp... The waitress Kenya was very good kept the shrimp coming and the drinks full ... Very nice environment! Some shrimp were perfect others were ok.... But over all get meal!
