Great sandwiches but they are the slowest sandwich makers in the world. I usually wait at least 20 minutes for one sandwich. The Italian is the best though :)

HOT HOT HOT SAUCES! 

PRO TIP: Ask for the SECRET sauces that aren't on the counter as they hide some behind there as they're too hot to use without signing a waiver or asking for permission and verifying age!

Other than this, this whole franchise is amazing! Great amazing food here! Worth the wait!

Consistently great subs and service- also really nice outside seating which brings it up to five stars in my mind because it's a little more special than your typical firehouse
