Went here last night and got a tuna melt. I have never got that sick. Got no sleep and was stuck in the bathroom all night and lying with horrible cramps throughout the night. I'd give this zero stars if I could and recommend not going her. And I called today to tell the manager and she doesn't even try to resolve the situation instead she says call back later there's a line of people goodbye.

This place is normally awesome, but tonight my husband went to get us some sandwiches and the blonde lady that works there locked the doors at 8:40pm when they close at 9pm on Sunday. She was commencing her closing procedures and counting money and locked the doors, she took one look at him and kept counting her money. I decided to call the store and she picked up, then hung up. I called a couple more times and it just kept ringing. Terrible employee! I know the owners from coming here so many times, and they normally provide amazing customer service. The blonde is ruining their restaurant!

Bought a sub and it got smashed. And they had a Buy One, Get One Free and we had to buy drinks.

The blonde lady at night was really nice and our subs were really yummy. The only advice I would give the owners is to provide customer restrooms. The ability to wash hands before a meal on the go is important to a lot of people.
