I ordered food from this place two hours go by and I never received my food I called the store back they said the delivery  guy came to our door and knocked and no on was there lie I was here the whole time. They told me they would resend and order so I then ordered another sub waiting 4 hours later I called they said it was on their way and they promised I called back half an hour later and they said they came to my door knocked and no one was there another lie they refuse to give me a refund mind you I waited for 5 hours for a delivery and they lied numerous times saying they came here I'm pregnant and have a toddler waiting 5 hours for nothing and got ripped off complete waste of money and time. The owner is a disgrace and has no respect for her customers I gave them my room number atleast 5 times and they just couldn't get it right instead they fought with me and on top of it all they lied and said I never paid when my bank statements show me otherwise!!!

Ordered a medium veggie sub,sun chips and a tea between 3:15 - 3:20 pm..This place is 14 minutes away from my job. They said it would be delivered between 4:40 - 4:50 p.m I still thought that was too long for a half sandwich, wasn't ordering a pizza. But I didn't get my food until 5 minutes shy of 6 p.m... ENTIRELY TOO long a wait. No one bothered to call me and tell me what was going on when I got my sub it was NOT warm, the driver said they kept it on a warmer but the bottom of the sub was soggy from sitting so long the lettuce was wilted bread was falling apart. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered delivery and it got here in a timely manner, but when I had opened up the sub it was very wrong. I called and spoke to the manager and he sent out a new one for free very quickly. Great customer service!
