I love pizza hut especially my 4 year old son, but the customer service was no good. I came to pick up an online order. The guy didn't even smile or greet me when he got my order he was turnt around talking to another employee handing me my bag and when I go to grab it he let go so it fell down on the counter. He didn't say anything. I puffed air out of anger and walked out. Very rude! Management needs to pay attention and train their staff on how to give excellent customer service that's what brings back customers

Wendy was very rude... threw the credit card receipt at us said sign here with lost of attitude And was saying things under her breath.. Priana the manager did not do anything helpful about it... bad costumer service.. very upset our local Pizza Hut has this kind of service

Had pizza delivered. It was hot. Driver was nice. But the PIZZA...was not good. Worst cheese pizza ever from a restaurant. Taste like a frozen box pizza. Had 2 other pizzas and the crust taste under cook. Already had a soggy like crust upon delivery. Have not ordered from Pizza Hut in years, but it was better then,at least to me, just heavy. Only ordered because of 50% promotion. Want order from Pizza Hut again.

Unbelievable!! My family and I went to this Pizza Hut this afternoon. We asked the waiter name Vonnie regarding where we can sit, she was very rude and disrespectful. She yelled at us with a very rude tone of voice and told us to sit anywhere. Several customers were around and witnessed this poor, unprofessional unruly ridiculous behavior. Will never be going back to this Pizza Hut again.
