Great service! I called asking them to make a pizza w/ half cheese half without (which they don't normally do) And the guy on the phone was very polite and efficient and even hooked me up with an additional discount! Seems like it's hard to get good customer service so this was very refreshing. Thanks a lot!

Pizza took 30-40 minutes to be delivered, I called in and asked where was it because it had said out of delivery for over 20 mins. , I was told my order was 3 out of 3, I understood the wait but I was in a bit of a hurry, I needed to get to work. Usually I don't have a problem with papa johns; I had to leave and left my brother to receive the pizza and money for tip. Pizza delivery guy called me and asked if it was okay for my brother to receive it, i said yes... he asked me if he was going to give him tip or if I was going to put it through my credit card, I said no because my brother had his tip... a second later my brother calls me and tells me that this man is almost demanding tip; he said "where is my tip" "give me my tip" "put the tip through the credit card" ... I said "don't give the tip then... that's not how it works". Being rude doesn't get you anywhere... I called the store and spoke to the manager, the manager was also rude, he gave me an attitude defending the delivery man which is understandable but you can at least offer apologies.... after all the delivery man didn't even give my brother a receipt and we always...

Ordered from here twice. Both time delivery was 30 to 45 past the 45 mins they said it would be. Then they only had half the orders  both times. Never again.

There's never a real issue with the store sometimes the orders come a little bit messy which isn't too much of a problem. As a former employee of the Broadlands Papa John's just try and get the staff to use a little less sauce on the garlic knots and try and be a little bit more consistent and their serving.
