Doggone this food was better than expected. I’ve tried most places in town that offer an Italian sub... this one was one of the best. I also enjoy their selection of 40+ hot and savory sauces that they have evaluated on a 1-10 hot scale.  Additionally, I like the three options for size of sandwiches. 

Occasionally the service is a touch slow, so if you need freaky fast, select your establishment accordingly. 

The gal who took our order this day was an absolute delight. Truly best-in-class, which was also unexpected. 

Lastly, they have a “future firefighters” eat free on Monday’s promotion, which is good on the family budget. We’ll be back again soon. 

PS - only note to management, if you have any choice, please go back to the old Coca-Cola machines... many establishments have gone away from the 1,000,000 selections & additives (lemon, vanilla, etc) both for speed and flavor.

I have been to this location twice. The first time it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Today, it took more than 30. While there today, I observed a 10 minute period where no sandwiches came out from behind the counter. The place was packed and more people were coming in but no one was being served. Food is good, but the service has been horrible. You have lost a customer.

I love coming here. The staff are kind and talkative when they are not busy and the subs are wonderfully delicious. I like this place better then subway because more meat on your sub and better quality taste.
