Poor customer service. JJs claim to be "freaky fast" but I waited a while in front of an unmanned register waiting for somebody to take my order. Then When I asked for avacado spread on the side and they said I couldn't have it that way. Such a simple request, with such a poor response. I won't be back.

Absolutely Freaky Fast!!!! No more than a 10min wait for my sandwich to get delivered!!! Perfect sandwich every time also!!! Thank you Jimmy Johns!!!!

Had a little misunderstanding with my order and the staff was very caring and went above and beyond. They were very friendly. We would go back anytime.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Had to wait longer than others to get my food that ordered after us and they got my orders wrong. I asked for a "8 inch sub with turkey, ham, and provolone that's it." They gave me a #11 with everything on it, the complete opposite of what i asked for, also the bread very stiff and not fresh.  Would give no stars if I could but google wont let you do that.
