I have always LOVED Fire House subs best hot subs ever hands down! Fire house is a community franchise that loves their customers and making them feel comfortable. Last night I went to this specific location the subs were great but the customer service was horrible! I walked in not one person said Hello, how can we help you, what's your order NOTHING. Most of the time I really don't trip because its the people not me but being that the founder of fire houae is HUGE on serving his community right and with a warm welcome. I had to say something I also brought it to the 3 employees that were there plus the employee that was off work but just hanging out. They didn't seem to care at all so I'm writing this review and giving this location3 stars because lile I said food was awesome BUT customer service wasn't. I'd just take that drive in the other direction today to the one off Hudson Bridge they ALWAYS greet you with a warm welcome even if only one person does it still happens. Customer service is 🔑 key!

The experience was great. The employees were awesome they didn't treat me with any disrespect and they are so friendly with treating the customer just right! 5 stars 😘

I walked in and took a seat close to the door to wait for my party to arrive.  An employee came over and asked me if I was ok and if would I like a some water.  When I finally ordered, they were patient with me and even assisted me what I might like to eat.  They even brought my meal to the table. The staff is definitely a class act!
