Called to check on my pizza which I STILL haven’t received. They are one strip mall down. Called and was put on the phone with the manager and she got extremely rude saying she had one driver. I asked why it said my order would be here by 1:50 and still no explanation. She did not try to resolve any problem and in fact had very much of an attitude. I order from them often since I own a business one shopping mall down. Since I am the only employee I can’t close to pick up a pizza. Maybe it would be different if she would have been nice but she was far from nice. I will NEVER order from this particular Pizza Hut again.

This place is AWFUL!!!! I live five miles away from them. It is currently Tuesday at 3:05. I placed order at 1:55 and they told me it would be here at 2:55. Yes a whole hour later. It is still not here. In the past they have delivered to me cold pizza. This Pizza Hut location sucks. I wish I knew this franchise owners contact info. He is running the Pizza Hut brand into the ground!!! I guarantee you this franchise is black owned. I'm black. And one thing I know for sure, black people act BLACK!

Pizza looked and tasted delicious! UPDATE 09.04.17: Added another picture- Premium Veggie pizza-- ordered tonight. I never have any issues with my food---its always good. Never skimpy on the toppings either😋

I ordered the same thing that I do each time. The order was wrong, so I called. I simply wanted the pizza we ordered, nothing free. I was told the manager would call to correct the error. I received NO call & its 2 days later. The delivery drivers with the exception of the females & one particular male are always unfriendly, I tip anyway. This location is getting worse & management clearly needs to be replaced!

If I could give this damn place 0 stars, I would!!! Don't eat here. Online gave me misleading information. When I initially ordered my food it said it would take 40-50 mins to delivery but it took over 90 minutes to deliver. When my order was finally delivered, not only was my food COLD but my order was INCORRECT!!!! I'm beyond livid at this point. I can't get I contact with the store and the customer service hotline said there's nothing they could do. This is unethical and VERY unprofessional. I will never eat from Pizza Hut again!!!!!! Horrible customer service and nasty food. Stay away!!!! I will be at Pizza Hut tomorrow to speak to a manager and hand his/hers ass to them!!!!
