FireHouse has always surpassed my expectations, from the Team to the management, to the quality of the food. They carry themselves as professionals and the employees are always in such a great mood! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Manager had the nerve to walk to my table and insinuate that I stole a brownie, after she helped her employee enter in my combo meal, which included a brownie. After I reminded her that she helped the employee enter in my meal, she switched up and insisted that I had ordered a cookie with my combo, until she saw my receipt sitting on the table. No apology, no acknowledgement that she was wrong, she just walked away. I won't be coming here for any more subs that taste like they were made with bread that had sat out for a day or two

Whenever I order a sandwich for my boyfriend, who has a lettuce allergy, I tell them NO lettuce. One of the guys caught his mistake today and took the sandwich back to remake it, or so I thought. All he did was take off most of the lettuce and put the sandwich back together. I brought the sandwich home and gave it to my boyfriend thinking it was all good. Next thing I know he's freaking out because he took a bite and there was some lettuce left on the bun. Thankfully he only got a small amount, but there definitely was lettuce still spread throughout the sandwich. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location.

Although the subs are good, the service is the worst I've had in a long time.  Not one employee in the restaurant was happy.  They actually appeared to be irritated even angry to be at work.  One customer came beck in to state how displeased he was with his order and the manager argued with him.  Note to the manager, don't argue with customers.  

Without better management, I think this place will close. That's a shame, since the food is pretty good.

Antoinette has the worse custom service and the guy making the sandwich is say way they rush everything I would never spend my money there again
